You ordered something you’re not happy with?

No problem! You can return any item purchased at within 14 days of receiving it. Due to the lockdown from December 16, 2020, we are extending this period until 30 January 2021.

Return procedure:

Due to the Corona Virus, our shops will be closed from Dec 16, 2020 until Jan 10, 2021 (based on current guidelines). Unfortunately, during this period we cannot accept returns in person and have only a limited capacity to accept parcels.

Returns in our shops

If you would like to return goods in our shops, we offer an extended returns period until January 30, 2021 and ask you to wait until we reopen to bring back the merchandise. If this is a problem for you, please contact us by email: to arrange a return by DHL shipment.

General information about returns:

  1. Please send only unused, flawless merchandise back to us in its original packaging.
  2. Enclose the received delivery note with the package.
  3. The costs for the return are to be borne by the customer.

Reimbursement of the purchase price:

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you chose when you originally made the transaction. If you paid cash in advance, the refund will be paid to your bank account. Please be sure to include your bank details.
